The House of Langston – Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind every piece we create. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll work with you to make it right.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags must still be attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

To begin a return, email us at info@langston1993.com with your order number.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

The fastest option is to return your item and place a new order once your refund has been processed. We’ll move quickly on our end to help keep the process smooth.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@langston1993.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll cover return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.


Exceptions

We do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards
