What currency are your prices in?

All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars).

When will my order ship?

Please allow 24–48 hours for processing. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–10 business days (excluding holidays).
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.

What is your return & refund policy?

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order:

  • Refunds: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • We will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Once we receive your item back, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away so we can make it right.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — you may cancel an order before it has shipped. Once your order is in transit, you’ll need to follow our return process after delivery.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

If you catch an error within 24 hours of placing your order, please email us at info@langston1993.com with the correct address.
After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes, and refunds are not available for orders sent to the wrong address.

How long does shipping take?

  • U.S. Orders: Average delivery is 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

  • International Orders: Typically 7–14 business days, depending on customs and local postal systems.
