Orders & Shipping
What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars).
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours.
During launches, pop-ups, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
How long does shipping take?
U.S. Orders
Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
West Coast orders may take up to 8 business days.
International Orders
International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on customs and local carriers.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any duties or import taxes required by their country.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders may be canceled or updated before they ship.
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at info@langston1993.com.
Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to cancel it, but eligible items may still be returned according to our return policy.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
If you notice an address error, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order.
While we’ll always do our best to help, we cannot guarantee address changes after an order begins processing.
The House of Langston is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Do you cover return shipping?
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we’ll cover return shipping and work quickly to resolve the issue.
For standard returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@langston1993.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
